IRVINE, CA, March 26, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kerri N. Kramer, Esq. (née Polizzi), has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

After building a reputation as an expert in employment law at Kring & Chung LLP, Ms. Kramer advanced to the role of partner at Kring & Associates APC in 2025. Her responsibilities include participating in litigation proceedings and helping her clients ensure compliance with California's complex legal landscape by updating materials such as employment policies and handbooks. Additionally, she provides counsel to employers, particularly regarding regulatory compliance, and defends those accused of not abiding by the law.

Before accepting her current position, Ms. Kramer refined her legal skills at Kring & Chung. She joined the firm as a law clerk in 2017 and was promoted to associate attorney that same year. She became a senior associate attorney in 2021 and remained in that role until 2025. Ms. Kramer's boss at Kring & Chung has played a significant role in her career, and she is grateful to him for recognizing and nurturing her talents.

Ms. Kramer's early career included a legal internship at the United States Small Business Administration in 2016 and a legal externship at the Ruth and Emanuel Rackman Center for the Advancement of the Status of Women in 2015. Before entering the legal field, she nurtured her love of hockey as a team photographer for Chapman University Ice Hockey from 2014 to 2017 and San Diego State University (SDSU) Ice Hockey from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Ms. Kramer completed a program support internship at SOLO Eyewear in 2013.

Ms. Kramer's academic accomplishments forged a solid foundation for her career. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a management concentration from San Diego State University in 2013 and a Juris Doctor with a business law emphasis from the Dale E. Fowler School of Law at Chapman University in 2017. While pursuing her graduate studies, she served as a student editor for Orange County Lawyer Magazine and as an academic fellow for multiple law professors at Chapman. In 2016, Ms. Kramer became a certified mediator under the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act. She was admitted to the State Bar of California and the Bar of the Central District of California in 2017.

Throughout her career, Ms. Kramer has devoted considerable effort to mentoring others, and she takes pride in steering law clerks and associates through their professional development. Her dedication to helping advance others' careers is evident in her successful guidance of three associates and two law clerks to become newly sworn-in attorneys, which she counts among her most notable professional achievements to date. Additionally, Ms. Kramer supports aspiring lawyers through civic engagement, having served on the SDSU Pre-Law Advisory Board as a member since 2023 and as a co-chair since 2024.

Ms. Kramer is the proud recipient of several awards, including the National Order of Scribes Outstanding Law Graduate Award from the American Society of Legal Writers, the Golden Quill award for excellence in legal writing, and seven CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. She was recognized by Super Lawyers in 2023 and 2024 and is also a three-time recipient of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch award.

Despite not having immediate family members in the legal profession, Ms. Kramer was determined from a young age to pursue law. Her passion for employment law is grounded in her father's focus on excelling as a small business owner, which inspired her to assist such professionals with legal challenges. She also credits her mother for helping her develop exceptional composition skills by fostering a love of reading and writing. This has proven essential to her legal career and aided her in publishing her note, "How Long Do We Keep Fryeing?: The Future of Expert Scientific Evidence in California," in the Chapman Law Review.

In the next five to 10 years, Ms. Kramer's primary goals are solidifying her role at Kring & Associates and investing more time in a mentorship program she is helping create in collaboration with her firm and the SDSU Pre-Law Board. She plans to grow the program into an established source of guidance and support for future generations of legal professionals.
