(2003-2005) and director of IT at Harrah's Entertainment (1995-2003) where she was instrumental in developing data and analytics strategies that underpinned the company's groundbreaking customer loyalty program, significantly contributing to its success. Ms. Woolmer holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.
