Ms. Lancaster owns JLL Capital Group, a company she established in 2024. Although she has not yet acquired any properties, she diligently works towards this goal. Her daily routine involves full-time work during the day, followed by a couple of hours in the afternoon dedicated to making phone calls, sending emails and submitting pre-loan applications for borrowers. She also coordinates with lenders to assist individuals who need to borrow money and manages the necessary paperwork.

In 2023, Ms. Lancaster founded Jade Peak Properties LLC to manage rental properties. This venture was initiated to stay active during retirement, generate income and assist others. Her involvement in real estate is further supported by her membership in the Arizona Real Estate Investors Association, which provides her with industry insights and networking opportunities.

Ms. Lancaster's career began with her four-year service as a dental assistant in the U.S. Air Force. Following her military service, she pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Science in agricultural business and management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Her academic background laid the foundation for her subsequent roles in LA County and federal civil service, where she dedicated 25 years before nearing retirement.

Her professional journey is complemented by various certifications that have bolstered her real estate and business management expertise. These include a broker certification from The Lee Arnold System, training certifications from Leaders Inner Circle and Lance Edwards Group, a fix-and-flip training certification, a money broker certification, and a certified rehabilitation specialist designation. Additionally, she holds a certificate of completion as an assisted living associate and a certification in new officer training for agriculture from Maryland.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Lancaster is actively involved in civic activities as a volunteer at a dog shelter. Her dedication to service is recognized through awards such as the Overseas Service Ribbon and a 25-year certificate for her commitment to civil service.

Outside her career, Ms. Lancaster enjoys making her own soap and traveling. Looking ahead, she aims to grow her two companies while planning to retire from her civil service job. She also intends to sell her current house and purchase a new one in Arizona, where she plans to continue her real estate investments and enjoy traveling during her retirement years.
