In his role, he represents business owners and counsels them in the areas of business acquisitions, finance and mergers, and estate and succession planning. Mr. Sullivan's legal career is marked by significant achievements and accolades. He is a recipient of the Mark E. Goldberg Community Service Award from the Bucks County Bar Foundation and was named Legal Humanitarian of the Year by the United Way of Buck County. His professional journey is further distinguished by his role as a past president of the Bucks County Bar Association, co-founder of the Bucks County Bar Foundation, where he is a current trustee, and more than two decades of involvement with the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Mr. Sullivan's equally accomplished academic endeavors laid a strong foundation for his success in the legal field. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and government from La Salle University in 1969, followed by a Juris Doctor from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 1972. He returned to Villanova University to further his education with a Master of Laws in taxation in 1987. To augment his knowledge and qualifications, he was certified in estate planning by Temple University Beasley School of Law's graduate tax program in 2004.

For much of his legal career, Mr. Sullivan practiced law with his spouse, Rosemary A. Sullivan, Esq. Beyond his professional commitments, he has been actively involved in various civic and community organizations. He served on the board of directors for the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Bucks County, where he held the position of corporate secretary. He has been a board member of the Family Service Association of Bucks County for over 25 years, having also served the organization in numerous officer positions, including as its president.

In his personal life, Mr. Sullivan enjoys spending quality time with his spouse, Rosemary, their three children and five grandchildren.
