She continues to drive strategic HR initiatives, including facility acquisitions, policy implementation, and benefits management, ensuring the company's sustained growth and employee well-being. Dedicated to continuous improvement, she regularly evaluates practices and adapts them based on employee feedback.
Prior to her tenure at Legent Health, Ms. White honed her HR leadership skills in the healthcare industry. She served as Director of HR for First Baptist Medical Center (2017–2018) and Lion Health Centers (2016–2017). From 2015 to 2016, she was the Regional HR Manager for Sunspire Health Texas, and from 2014 to 2015, she held the role of Senior HR Business Partner at Caron Treatment Centers. Before that, she worked as an HR Manager at Romark Logistics (2011–2014) and began her HR career at Lion Health Centers as HR Manager (2008–2011).
Earlier in her career, Ms. White gained valuable leadership experience as an field operations leader at Dish Network (2002–2008). Though outside of HR, this role honed her leadership, problem-solving, and operational skills—key assets that later fueled her HR success.
Ms. White holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in human resource management and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration, also with a specialization in human resources. She received both degrees from American InterContinental University. She has further enriched her expertise through continuing education programs. Ms. White bears professional certifications from the Human Capital Institute, which granted her the designation of strategic human resources business partner (SHRBP), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Additionally, Ms. White received certification as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) instructor from the American Management Association.
Ms. White attributes her success to the mentors who guided her early in her career, providing invaluable insights and support. Their encouragement, combined with her strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning, has been instrumental in her professional growth.
