Before joining EnSafe, Mr. Faletti was a senior safety coordinator at Ferrovial Construction from 2012 to 2015. In this capacity, he played a crucial role in ensuring safety compliance on large-scale construction projects. His career in safety management began at Inotek Safety Consultants LLC, where he worked as a project safety manager from 2010 to 2012. His extensive experience is further enriched by his service in the Texas Army National Guard, which instilled a strong sense of discipline and commitment.

Mr. Faletti's academic background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in occupational safety and health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, earned in 2004. His education laid the foundation for his expertise in safety management and organizational behavior. He also holds several certifications, including as a Certified Safety Professional from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, NFPA 1006 Confined Space Entry Rescue, and a Qualified Electrical Worker.

For his involvement in a $2.4 billion project, he received the Safety Hero Award.

He has been an audio broadcaster at The Hills Church since 2018 and has volunteered with the Community Enrichment Center since 2017. His passion for sports is evident through his roles as an assistant soccer coach for the Greater Northwest Soccer Association in 2021 and as a baseball coach for Tri-Cities Youth Sports in 2008. Additionally, he has volunteered with the American Society of States Professionals and coached Little League Baseball, volleyball, and softball.

Born in Irving, Texas, Mr. Faletti enjoys spending time with his children, Charli, Johnny, and Tyler, through outdoor activities such as golf, disc golfing, swimming and mountain biking.
