Before joining RHR International, Dr. Ruda was the managing partner at Ruda Cohen & Associates from 1995 to 2015. Significantly contributing to Dr. Ruda's professional success was her academic background, beginning with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, which she obtained in 1995. She subsequently earned a Master of Science in counseling psychology from Northwestern University in 1997, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in organizational behavior from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2000. Her passion for her profession and belief in its positive impact have been driving forces throughout her career.

In recognition of her contributions, Dr. Ruda has received numerous accolades, including the Doctoral Teaching Award for Distinction in Teaching from Northwestern University in 2000 and the Outstanding Paper Award as a graduate student lead author from the International Association for Conflict Management in 1999.
