Ms. Sanchez has built a distinguished career in real estate, serving as the managing broker and owner of Central Realty Kralj & Sanchez Inc. since 1991. With more than 40 years of experience in the industry, she has developed expertise in residential and commercial real estate and is often referred to others by her clients. Dedicated to service and excellence, she is very proud to have now worked with second-generation clients. As a managing broker, she oversees all aspects of her business, from accounting to client appointments, and collaborates with lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and appraisers.

Ms. Sanchez's journey into real estate began when she was inspired by a real estate broker while working as a secretary at a law firm. This encounter led her to pursue a career in real estate, working for the broker from 1984 to 1990 before establishing her agency in 1991. Establishing herself in the field, she is affiliated with the Chicago Association of Realtors, the Northwest Indiana Realtors Association and the National Association of Notaries.

Serving as a foundation for her career, Ms. Sanchez's educational background includes an associate degree. She also holds multiple certifications, including real estate licenses in Illinois and Indiana. During the 2008 real estate downturn, she furthered her education obtaining additional licenses an insurance producer license and a loan officer license.

As a teenager, Ms. Sanchez immigrated from Mexico and started working while attending night school to learn to speak English. In 1980, the school director guided her in obtaining her GED certificate. When she began her college education, she decided to join the workforce as a realtor.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Sanchez has been actively involved in civic organizations. She served as president of the East Side Chamber of Commerce from 2008 to 2009, there she was able to start an annual teachers, businesses, and community leaders recognition awards banquet for the local community and remains as a board director to the present. She was the first female Hispanic president of the East Side Chamber of Commerce, and she is a past president of the South East Lady Lions International club.

Ms. Sanchez's contributions to the industry have been acknowledged with several accolades from the Chicago Association of Realtors, including being named among the Top 1% Producers and receiving neighborhood top producer honors. She attributes much of her success to her transparency and honesty with her clients.

Ms. Sanchez's personal life is enriched by her two children, who have pursued successful careers, one as a bilingual mental health therapist and author and the other as a facility property manager and children's book illustrator. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, developing new recipes, watching action movies and practicing photography in her free time. Looking ahead, she remains committed to continuing her work with clients and now their children. Her passion for real estate and dedication to client satisfaction drive her ongoing success in the industry.
