Before entering the insurance sector, Ms. Luna worked as an applied behavioral analysis therapist at Autism Spectrum Interventions in 2016 and held an operations position at L.A. Fitness Solutions from 2014 to 2016. Since entering the insurance sector, her professional experience and expertise have come to span construction, staffing, risk management and claims management. Mr. Luna's dedication to her profession is further demonstrated by her active membership in the National Association of Women in Construction and the National Hispanic Construction Association—affiliations that reflect her commitment to advancing women and Hispanic individuals within the construction industry.

Mr. Luna holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from California State University, Fullerton, which she obtained in 2016, and an associate degree in psychology from Orange Coast College, which she received in 2013. These academic achievements not only provided her with a strong understanding of human behavior, which she applied to her earlier roles, but has also helped her effectively navigate interactions with her clients and deduce business strategies in her current industry. Along with her degrees, Ms. Luna holds several industry-specific certifications that enhance her professional capabilities.

Along with becoming a risk and insurance specialist via the International Risk Management Institute Inc., Ms. Luna is a life-only agent through the California Department of Insurance, has an OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry certification from 360 Training Consultants and completed California workers' compensation claims administration training through IEA Training. Additionally, she is a certified insurance broker through the California Department of Insurance and holds additional insured and certificate insurance from WebCE. As a result of her impact and leadership within her field, she obtained accolades including being named among the Top 35 Under 35 in Insurance, receiving the Rise Award and earning the Hispanic Heritage Award.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Luna is civically engaged with Rebuild Homes for Children in Mexico. In her personal life, Ms. Luna enjoys spending time with her husband and their English bulldog. Both she and her husband manage their own businesses, balancing work commitments with quality time together through dedicated date nights. Looking ahead, Ms. Luna aspires to grow her family while expanding her book of business, managing a team of salespeople and developing the construction department at Acrisure.
