Educationally, Mr. Hartz earned a bachelor's degree in public and community health from Murray State University in 2018, where he balanced playing football with his studies. Of all his achievements, he is most proud of helping to intervene in difficult clinical situations, offering resources to the health care system for those who are incarcerated.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Hartz has been involved with Helping Hands, where he mentored a child with cerebral palsy with whom he remains in contact to this day. Through the organization, he provided guidance and support, helping the child achieve personal goals even when the mentoring program was complete.

In his personal life, Mr. Hartz enjoys activities that promote an active lifestyle, such as playing golf and hiking with his dog. He is also passionate about meeting people from diverse backgrounds and learning about their experiences. His primary goal is to support those in need through his organization and team by securing new contracts and enhancing their services.
