Before joining 21st Century, Mr. Rose was an executive partner at Salt Creek Capital for a brief period of time in 2023. His extensive experience previously included serving as the executive vice president at Kept Companies, a New Jersey-based national retail maintenance service provider with 27 different trades and over 1,100 employees, from 2015 to 2023. Between 2014 and 2015, Mr. Rose was the president of Thoreau Facility Services in Playa Del Rey, California. Based in Los Angeles, the company serves all of the U.S. and Canada, performing maintenance services for retail stores, commercial buildings, restaurants and other commercial facilities. He also held the titles of president and business development leader at Glide Rite Corporation, another national retail maintenance service provider, in Van Nuys, California, from 2008 to 2014, marking a significant period where he leveraged his expertise to drive growth and innovation. Prior to Glide Rite, Mr. Rose was president and general manager of Nutcracker Inc., a low-volume vehicle manufacturer and automotive design and service business.

Mr. Rose's remarkable career also included various leadership roles with General Electric (GE) between 1999 and 2006, culminating in his appointment as chief financial officer of GE's Private Asset Management business. He served in the U.S. military between 1989 and 1999, beginning as an army ranger before his assignment as an airborne infantry scout platoon leader for the 82nd Airborne Division in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Afterward, he attended the Army's Special Forces training, earning his "Green Beret" and notably serving three assignments as a detachment commander for the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) from 1992 to 1997, and on military free fall, combat diver, and counter-terrorism A-teams. Mr. Rose completed his military career as headquarters company commander and adjutant for the Army Special Warfare Center and School at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Rose received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Methodist University in 1989 and a Master of Business Administration in business and finance from Webster University in 1999. His academic achievements have been complemented by numerous certifications, including a Private Equity Certificate from Wharton Business School, a Lean Six Sigma master black belt from GE Capital and a master instructor certification from PADI in 2016.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Rose is deeply involved with industry associations at national and state levels. He has served on the private duty education committee for the National Alliance for Care at Home since 2024 and is also a member of various education, finance and private duty committees across five state associations. His dedication to civic engagement is equally notable, as demonstrated through his long-term involvement with Habitat for Humanity International as a construction volunteer from 2009 to 2021.
