Ms. Natu is an accomplished electrical designer with IMEG Consultants Corp, where she has been contributing her expertise since 2022. In this role, she focuses on power, lighting and fire alarm electrical designs for buildings within higher education. Her responsibilities include designing project portions related to discipline systems according to code and IMEG standards, researching commercially available equipment and maintaining good client relations. She also assists in coordinating design schedules with other disciplines, such as architectural, structural and mechanical engineers, along with technology, clerical and equipment suppliers. Her meticulous attention to documenting design decisions and monitoring project progress underscores her commitment to excellence.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Natu served as a project engineer II at BLTI in Tomball, Texas, from 2020 to 2022 after being promoted from project engineer in Houston, where she worked from 2018 to 2020. Her proactive pursuit of project management training during this time equipped her with the necessary tools to navigate complex organizational dynamics effectively.

Ms. Natu's career began with roles that laid a strong foundation for her future endeavors. From 2017 to 2018, she was a voluntary research assistant at R. Russell Rhinehart Co., where she gained valuable research experience. Before that, she was a graduate teaching assistant in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Oklahoma State University from 2016 to 2017. Her early professional journey also included positions as a student assistant and student worker at Oklahoma State University between 2015 and 2016.

Her academic background is equally impressive. Ms. Natu earned a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 2017 and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation and Control from MKSSS Cummins College of Engineering for Women in 2014.

Ms. Natu's dedication to continuous learning is evident through her numerous certifications obtained in 2020 from Coursera, including project management principles and practices, budgeting and scheduling projects, initiating and planning projects, managing project risks and changes and a certification in project management. Additionally, she holds a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification, earned in 2015.

Throughout her career, Ms. Natu's contributions have been recognized several with awards, such as Employee of the Year at BLTI for two consecutive years in 2020 and 2021 and the Best NSS Camp Volunteer Award during her under graduation. Beyond her professional life, she has been actively involved in various civic-minded organizations, serving as a peer advisor for international students at Oklahoma State University in 2016 and holding the position of treasurer and program chair for the OSU Automation Society from 2016 to 2017.

Ms. Natu's personal interests include creative arts and crafts, travelling and hiking, calligraphy and cooking. Born in New Delhi, India, she attributes much of her success to the unwavering support of her parents, who instilled in her the values of hard work and dedication.

Looking ahead, Ms. Natu envisions furthering her professional development by becoming an accomplished project manager. She aims to deepen client relationships while acquiring substantial technical knowledge to lead her team effectively toward success. One of her key objectives is earning professional credentials, such as the Project Management Professional certification, to validate her skills and commitment to excellence.
