Before launching her law firm, Ms. Lettau was the vice president of strategic initiatives at National Care Advisors from 2020 to 2023. Ms. Lettau's efforts led to significant advancements in care management and strategic initiatives, reflecting her passion for creating impactful legal solutions. Ms. Lettau's career in banking began at SunTrust Bank, where she worked as a vice president and trust adviser from 2006 to 2013. She then joined Wells Fargo Private Bank as a senior trust and fiduciary specialist until 2017. Her experience in the banking industry spanned 15 years, during which she honed her skills in trust administration and estate planning.

Before entering the banking sector, Ms. Lettau practiced law at Lerner & Greenberg, P.A. from 2001 to 2004, served as counsel at American Credit Counselors, Inc. between 2004 and 2005, and managed Lettau & Associates, PA, Blue Ribbon Real Estate, Inc. from 2005 to 2006.

Ms. Lettau's early career also included the role of an adjunct faculty member and lecturer at Humboldt University of Berlin from 1997 to 1998. During her time in Germany, she focused on teaching American law to German students, significantly influencing her law practice by providing a unique perspective on legal systems. She also contributed to legal publications and was an assistant editor for several works related to international law.

In preparation for her career, Ms. Lettau received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Pacific Lutheran University in 1982 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Seattle University in 1987. Her education laid the foundation for her career, equipping her with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in various roles.

Active in her professional community, Ms. Lettau is a member of the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar. In addition to her work-related endeavors, she is actively involved in civic organizations. She was a board member of the Jewish Foundation of Broward County from 2015 to 2024. She is a chair and co-founder of the Alcee Hastings Black-Jewish Alliance. Ms. Lettau's dedication to community service is further exemplified by her role as an advisory board member for the Area-Wide Council on Aging of Broward County Inc. Recently, she was named to the National Women's Philanthropy Board within Jewish Federations of North America. Her eight year term commences in June.

Ms. Lettau has received numerous awards throughout her career, including the Top 100 Visionaries Award from the International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare in 2021, the Shine A Light Award from the Jewish Federation of Broward County in 2023, and the June B. Gordon Award in 2024.
