A distinguished figure in the field of government administration, Mr. Moore currently serves as the executive director of economic development for the Mansfield Texas Economic Development Corporation. In his role since 2021, he oversees a team dedicated to recruiting companies that align with the Mansfield city council's goals and vision for the community. He manages and implements strategic plans, ensuring that funding from the city's sales tax is effectively utilized to support these initiatives. Prior to reaching his current position, Mr. Moore briefly served as an advisor for business development at E3 in 2021. From 2018 to 2021, he was the director of economic development for the City of Lewisville, Texas, where he played a pivotal role in fostering economic growth and development within the community. Before that, he held the position of assistant city manager in Richland Hills, Texas, from 2014 to 2018, during which he gained valuable experience in municipal management and operations.

Mr. Moore's career in public administration began in 2007 when he worked for six years as a park planner for North Richland Hills, Texas, with a focus on tourism marketing, parks and recreation and economic development. He also served as a management assistant for development services in North Richland Hills from 2013 to 2014. Though his career counts many milestones, he is especially proud of his efforts in Mansfield, where he has led a comprehensive public process to ensure the city's use of vacant land centers on projects that will benefit the community for the next 100 years and beyond.

In addition to his professional roles, Mr. Moore has contributed to his field by serving as a judge for the STEM Program at Innovation Academy. To stay aware of the latest developments and best practices in the industry, he is a member of the Texas Economic Development Council, the International Economic Development Council, the Urban Land Institute, the Hotel Product Council and serves on the board of the Mansfield Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Moore's academic background — which includes a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas in 2013 and a Bachelor of Science in recreation, parks and tourism sciences from Texas A&M University in 2006 — laid a strong foundation for his success in public administration and economic development. He attributes his accomplishments to the strong work ethic instilled by his parents as well as his servant's heart, emphasizing that his motivation is driven by a genuine desire to help others realize their vision rather than profit.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Moore was born in Anaheim and enjoys golfing and playing the guitar and piano. Looking to the future with optimism, he is committed to transforming local areas to ensure they are sustainable both environmentally and financially.
