He currently serves as the director of land development at Tri Pointe Homes in Charleston, South Carolina, where he oversees construction projects to align with community standards. Additional responsibilities include managing permits and coordinating with engineers, architects and geotechnical engineers to design communities and address zoning matters.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Hoff was a land development manager at Lennar. He joined the company in 2017 and managed its projects in Charleston until 2022, when he transferred to Lennar's Hilton Head division. He remained with the company until 2024, overseeing numerous construction projects and contributing to the company's growth and success. During his tenure at Lennar, Mr. Hoff oversaw the design and construction of the Stonoview community center in Charleston, marking a notable career achievement.

Mr. Hoff's career as a developer began at HJB Construction in Charleston, where he served as an assistant project manager from 2013 to 2015 and a project manager from 2015 to 2017. In these roles, he oversaw commercial construction projects, gaining knowledge that he would later bring to the home-building industry. Before joining HJB Construction, he worked as a sales engineer at Elauwit Networks in 2013 and as an outside sales representative at American Lifting Products from 2012 to 2013.

A proud alum of The Citadel, Mr. Hoff earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2011, laying the foundation for his successful career in land development. In 2023, he completed the Lennar Mid-Level Leader Intermediate Program and the Lennar Foundational Mid-Level Leader Program through Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, further enhancing his leadership capabilities.

Mr. Hoff maintains membership in the Charleston Home Builders Association, and he is actively involved in civic-minded organizations such as Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry (FHFH), demonstrating his commitment to community service and support for charitable causes.

Mr. Hoff attributes his success to his flexibility, which enables him to pivot and make timely decisions to ensure projects remain on track.
