Born in Washington, Louisiana, to Alex and Amie Reed Soileau, Mr. Soileau is renowned as a self-taught bookkeeper and community-minded owner of his successful business, Soileau's Tire Pros, in Angleton, Texas. Before embarking on his professional path, he obtained his high school diploma in 1945. He subsequently served his country in the U.S. Army. Soon thereafter, Mr. Soileau garnered his initial experience in the automotive industry working with the Ford Motor Company.

Since 1962, Mr. Soileau has excelled as the owner of Soileau's Tire Pros, a family business rooted in growth and resiliency. In addition to his reputable work in front-end suspension for vehicles, the business has offered automotive repair services while providing customers with numerous quality, brand-name tires and auto parts for cars, farm and agricultural machines, and all-terrain vehicles. In addition to offering oil changes, scheduled maintenance, tire alignments, and air conditioner repairs, among others, Soileau's Tire Pros is approved to conduct state inspections for vehicles.

An avid carpenter, Mr. Soileau was dedicated to expanding his shop over the years, adding new sections and features to the premises which significantly increased their business capabilities as well.

Facing numerous challenges throughout his life, Mr. Soileau has attributed his success to his ability to survive through major changes in the world, especially in the operations of self-employment. Furthermore, he has fully embraced the opportunity to form a deep bond with his community, helping people in their time of need while doing something he loves. He has also been involved with his local chapter of The Knights of Columbus, the world's largest Catholic fraternal service organization.

Mr. Soileau is incredibly devoted to his family as well, having gone above and beyond to cement the incredible reputation of Soileau's Tire Pros as a family business. Married to his loving wife, Sue, he is the proud father of his three children, Gail, Mark, and Paul. Notably, Mark has worked by his side for more than 40 years. One of seven children in his own family, Mr. Soileau has been grateful to see his family grow, welcoming his grandchild, Patrick Reed McCurley, and his great-grandchild, Evelyn McCurley, in recent years.

Having retired from his additional responsibilities, Mr. Soileau believes his stellar accounting and record-keeping skills have been vital factors in the success of Soileau's Tire Pros over the course of the last six decades. As a testament to his excellent achievements, he was honored with a proclamation from the Greater Angleton Chamber of Commerce and a Certificate of Congressional Recognition from the U.S. House of Representatives. Most recently, he was presented with the Texas Treasure Business Award from the State of Texas in 2022. Committed to helping others to this day, Mr. Soileau hopes to continue doing the best for others in the years to come.
