A leader in the area of video game development, Mr. Sisnett is a distinguished lead engineer at Second Dinner Studios, Inc., where he spearheads the tools and client platform team. Building on an extensive portfolio, he is currently focused on the development of the game MARVEL SNAP, a process that entails collaborating with artists, game designers, and fellow engineers to streamline the development of the game and get new content to players faster. Mr. Sisnett's deep knowledge of software development for games and artificial intelligence has been instrumental in his career; it has taken him to positions worldwide.

Before joining Second Dinner Studios, Mr. Sisnett was the head of engineering at modl.ai in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 2021 to 2023, where he led a team of engineers and researchers to deliver advanced artificial intelligence applications in gaming.

Mr. Sisnett's career in games started at Riot Games, where he had a chance to work as an engineer for League of Legends, one of the most successful games in history, and as an R&D engineer for the game Legends of Runeterra, Riot's second title, that launched to critical acclaim and excellent player reception.

Mr. Sisnett's academic background includes a Master of Science in computer science, where he focused on the overlap of machine learning and video games at the University of Southern California, graduating in 2017. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science and technologies from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico, earned in 2009.

Influenced by his family of engineers, particularly his sister, he pursued programming with determination and resilience. He is a firm believer that anyone, regardless of their origins, can achieve their goals through hard work, perseverance, and a lot of faith in oneself.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Sisnett is a dedicated blood donor with organizations such as Blood Centers of the Pacific and the American National Red Cross. His contributions to academia and industry include numerous publications and speaking engagements at prestigious conferences, including the AI Summit during the 2023 Game Developers Conference.

Outside of his main line of work, Mr. Sisnett has spent time educating the next generation of developers, first as a visiting lecturer at the Universdad de las Artes Digitales, and then as a volunteer at Onja, in Madagascar, Eastern Africa, where he had the chance to work with an NGO focusing on underserved youth, coaching them in areas regarding software development, career growth and coaching the NGO staff to scale the organization for further impact.

Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, Mr. Sisnett enjoys music, playing both violin and drums and is passionate about video games, board games, and card games. Looking ahead, he aims to foster cross-disciplinary collaborations that integrate new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, into the arts and other new areas of application. Having worked in Africa and due to very formative experiences in his home country, Mr. Sisnett is committed to democratizing technology, expanding access to gaming for more people worldwide, and inspiring underrepresented communities to pursue their dreams.
