His earlier roles included district manager at Check Into Cash and YourTel America and operations manager at Furniture Options.

Mr. Trempe's educational background includes coursework at Northeastern Illinois University and the Henry Block School of Leadership. He holds certifications such as franchise consultant and contract training from Gappa H&R Block in 2011, A+ certified and certified webmaster/CIW from Tech Skills Oklahoma City in 2004, and the 4 Disciplines of Execution Franklin Covey certification.
