Her earlier career included positions as a phlebotomist and EKG technician at Strong Memorial Hospital from 1989 to 1992 and Genesee Hospital from 1980 to 1984, where she gained valuable experience in healthcare.

Mrs. Kostiw's journey into the field of dementia care began when she and her husband opened their business approximately 18 years ago, coinciding with her mother's Alzheimer's diagnosis. Through rigorous case studies conducted over a 15-year timeframe, she developed and refined effective caregiving methods and scripts, testing and perfecting these approaches with her team of over 100 caregivers.
