Before her current role, Ms. Bergeron served as Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, Inc. vice president from 2014 to 2017. During this period, she honed her leadership skills and contributed to the company's growth and success. From 2011 to 2014, she was a project executive at Gilbane, where she managed complex projects and ensured their successful completion. Her career includes a tenure as New England regional inside sales manager at Jacobs from 2008 to 2011, where she developed strategies to enhance sales performance.

Ms. Bergeron's career began at Sverdrup Civil, Inc., now known as Jacobs, where she worked as a program coordinator from 1989 to 1996. She then advanced to senior project manager and associate at Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc., serving from 1995 to 2008. She has been an active member of several industry-related organizations, including the Boston Women's Workforce Council, the Transportation Task Force of the South Shore Chamber and the Regional Policy Committee of the Charleston Metro Chamber in South Carolina.

Ms. Bergeron's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in marketing and journalism from Suffolk University in 1987. This education laid the foundation for her successful career by equipping her with essential communication and analytical skills. Additionally, Ms. Bergeron holds several certifications that have enhanced her professional capabilities.

Ms. Bergeron's achievements extend beyond her professional life into civic engagement and community service. She has served on the board of directors for the Kigali Reading Center in Rwanda since 2016 and has been active with the Women's Transportation Seminar since 1992 as an advisory board member, board of directors member and mentor. Her dedication to community service is further exemplified by her roles as gala co-chair for Team Heart's First Cardiac Care Hospital in Rwanda and fundraising co-chair for the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials.

In recognition of her contributions to the transportation sector, Ms. Bergeron has received numerous accolades, including Woman of the Year by the Boston Chapter of Women's Transportation Seminar in 2015 and Member of the Year in 2004. The President's Award in 2002 also acknowledged her commitment to excellence.

Outside her professional endeavors, Ms. Bergeron is a devoted mother to three daughters: R., N. and D. She enjoys golfing, playing tennis and horse racing during her leisure time.
