He earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering physics from Pacific Lutheran University in 1989 and a Master of Engineering in acoustics from Pennsylvania State University in 1995. Active in his professional community, Mr. Reindel has been a member of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering since 1995 and the Southwest chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives since 2000.
