He also created the "Clear Skin" infomercials regarding acne and has co-authored three FDA IND clinical studies exploring the use of Stromal Vascular Fraction Cells (SVFCs) for concussions, diabetes and osteoarthritis.

Dr. Victor has further contributed to his industry through various teaching positions both in hospital settings and medical clinics. Some of these institutions include Lenox Hill Hospital, Cosmetic Dermatology Clinic and Beth Israel Medical Center, Dermatology Cosmetics Surgery Clinic.

Throughout his career, Dr. Victor has been endorsed by many for his professional accomplishments and is a member of several prestigious organizations. His network includes memberships in the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Academy of Dermatology Association, the American Medical Association, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the Skin Cancer Foundation, among others.

Dr. Victor's educational background is extensive and impressive. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from New York Medical College in 1982 after completing an internal medicine internship program at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center from 1978 to 1979. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors from New York University, which he obtained in 1973. His certifications include a New York State Medical License, a Dubai Health Authority Medical License, a Florida Medical License and credentials related to stem cells from Biohellenika S.A. in 2006.
