His career also includes executive positions at Fisher Technology, Learning Tribes, and Partner in Publishing. Between 2004 and 2016, he held key roles at McGraw-Hill Higher Education and Pearson Education, where he received the Warrior of the Year award.

His notable industry recognitions include Brandon Hall Group's Gold for Best Launch of a Corporate University and Silver for Best Learning Team, Customer Service Training Team of the Year from The Stevie Awards, and Most Awarded Company of the Year from HR.com LEAD Awards.

Mr. Gizzi earned a Bachelor of Science in management and computer science with a minor in information technology from Monmouth University in 2000. His commitment to continuous learning includes Career Essentials in Cybersecurity from Microsoft and LinkedIn and both Solutions Partner and Inbound certifications from HubSpot.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Gizzi served as chief learning officer on the Business Intelligence Board at Learning Tribes and is an active member of the Freemasons. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys activities ranging from hiking and kayaking to scuba diving and baseball.

Looking ahead, Mr. Gizzi aims to continue as a change agent in cybersecurity while mentoring emerging professionals in the field.
