He later served as an engineering manager from 2014 to 2019 and then as a program manager until 2021. Concurrently, he was president of Feldmann Properties from 2007 to 2018, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Feldmann is a member of the Project Management Institute and holds several certifications from the Scrum Alliance, including Certified Agile Leadership I, Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified ScrumMaster. He also earned the Project Management Professional designation from the Project Management Institute in 2008. These credentials have been instrumental in his ability to lead projects effectively and adapt to evolving industry standards.

Mr. Feldmann's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2009 and an Associate of Science in computer programming from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College in 1998.
