Before establishing PZI Group, Ms. McGee was the global director of international human resources/global mobility at Doosan Infracore Construction Equipment from 2008 to 2013. Her leadership skills were previously honed during her tenure as the manager of compensation, benefits and international mobility at Lafarge North America between 2005 and 2008. Earlier in her career, Ms. McGee gained valuable global experience as a senior International Executive Services manager at KPMG, LLP from 1999 to 2005, as well as Arthur Anderson, LLP from 1992 to 1997.

Ms. McGee's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in accounting and business management from the University of Colorado, which she earned in 1991. Her education laid the foundation for her successful career in finance and human resources. She holds several professional designations that have further enhanced her capabilities, includes Certified Public Accountant, Senior Certified Professional- Society of Human Resources, Certified Benefits Producer, Global Professional in Human Resources ® and Certified Licensed Practitioner.

Ms. McGee's commitment to professional and civic engagement in evident through her involvement with various organizations. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Women's Economic Development Council and is a past president of the North Alabama International Trade Association. She has also been part of the LP advisory council for Insights Discovery® since 2017 and has served on the Tennessee Relocation Council board since 2023. Moreover, Ms. McGee, a retired military spouse for over 31 years and blue-star mom of two active duty officers, supports military spouses and veterans and is a member of the AUSA and Military Spouse Employment Partnership with DoD.
