Mr. Anderson's tenure at the company began in 2015 and was marked by a series of progressive leadership roles, beginning as the chief financial officer of global supply management and earning several other positions, including chief financial officer of oil and gas, vice president of complexity management, vice president of enterprise data and digital insights, and vice president of global strategic insights.

Mr. Anderson's earlier career included an appointment as the finance manager for working capital at Honeywell from 2013 to 2015 and as a supply chain excellence leader at Rexnord between 2011 and 2012. He also held several other positions that shaped his progression at GE and Healthcare starting in 2001.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Anderson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and finance, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2002. He further enhanced his expertise by completing an executive certificate program and a Lean Six Sigma black belt certification.
