Prior to these roles, he was the director of wellness operations at Serensia Woods and the general manager of WellCare at Shanghai by Octave in China. Mr. Warrington's career also included positions such as Life Clinic's general manager and operations director at IS Wellness. Among various other roles in this sector, Mr. Warrington worked for TRIA Integrative Wellness, Imperial Health & Spa Co., Imperial Spas TCCHM under TCC Hotels Management Co. Ltd., and Siam@Siam Design Hotel & Spa. His journey began as an exercise physiologist in London in 1997 before moving to Chiva Som in 1999, which laid the foundation for his future endeavors in health and wellness.

Mr. Warrington's educational background includes a focus on exercise physiology from Manawatu Polytechnic. This academic achievement has been instrumental in his ability to harmonize ancient wisdom with modern techniques, yielding positive outcomes for participants in retreats and programs. Mr. Warrington's parents deeply influence his holistic approach. His mother was a midwife who preferred natural remedies, while his father remains a highly published scientist in plant science.
