Prior to her recent role, Ms. Legare was the senior vice president of U.S. sales at Lassonde from 2019 to 2023. Previously, she served as the senior vice president of sales for Canada at Lassonde from 2015 until 2019, during which time she demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and contributed significantly to the company's growth. Her strategic vision and customer-centric approach were instrumental in transforming the Canadian sales team at Lassonde from second-to-last to first place in customer rankings within two years. This achievement remains one of her proudest moments as the senior vice president of sales.

Between 2011 and 2015, Ms. Legare held the position of vice president of Western Canada and private label sales at Lassonde. During those years, she led strategic market expansion and captured additional market share by delivering customer value and building a high-performing sales team.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Legare served as the director of Western Canada and United Grocers Inc. at Lassonde from 2008 to 2011 and as a key account manager there from 2005 until 2008. She gained foundational experience as a territory manager for Eastern Canada at Polaroid from 2004 to 2005 and as a sales representative and account representative at Kimberly-Clark between 2001 and 2004.

Throughout her career, Ms. Legare's dedication has earned her numerous accolades, including Store Brands' 2022 Game Changer Award and the Star Women Award from Canadian Grocer in 2018. She was also a member of the Food Executives Club of Vancouver, underscoring her commitment to her industry.

Forging the path for Ms. Legare's journey was her educational background. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from HEC Montreal, followed by an Executive Master of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 2012. Her competitive nature and strong work ethic, influenced by her parents' encouragement and her love for sports, have been key factors in her professional accomplishments.
