During this time, he was recognized for his ability to grow his team of loan officers when he began with a small branch and expanded it to include more than 40 officers.

Mr. Kulp's career began in real estate, where he spent six years before transitioning into the mortgage industry. His initial interest in real estate was sparked during high school and college when he sold residential properties. This passion led him to pursue a career in mortgages while attending Lehigh University College of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in finance in 1988. His education laid a strong foundation for his success, complemented by excellent mentors and a robust work ethic instilled in him by his parents.

Furthering his expertise, Mr. Kulp is actively involved in industry-related organizations, such as the Mortgage Bankers Association. His long-term success has been recognized with several awards, including membership in the Leader's Club at Wells Fargo and various corporate accolades.

Beyond his career, Mr. Kulp is committed to civic engagement and philanthropy. Notably, he has served as president of the foundation board of directors for the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts since 2018, motivated by his daughter's attendance at the school. He also contributes financially to organizations like Melmark School and The Children's Home of Easton, underscoring his dedication to community service.

In his personal life, Mr. Kulp enjoys traveling, playing golf and reading on the beach.
