Prior to being promoted to his current role, Mr. Jazrawi served as the head of Central America and the Caribbean at Bia from 2020 to 2023, where he built the largest coffee company in the region by acquiring five coffee companies through complex negotiations. For the preceding two years, he was the commercial director for Panamá, Costa Rica and the Caribbean at Beliv Company. From 2017 to 2018, he held the position of commercial director for Mexico at Beliv Company after serving in multiple commercial roles at PepsiCo CBC El Salvador from 2011 to 2015, ultimately becoming the company's national sales manager.

Mr. Jazrawi received a Master of Business Administration in management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in 2024. In 2010, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in business, graduating cum laude from the University of New Orleans, where he served as a resident assistant from 2008 to 2011. Complementing his formal education, he completed the Global Competitiveness Leadership Program at Georgetown University in 2013.

Mr. Jazrawi has been recognized for his outstanding contributions with the Chairman Ring of Honor Award for Best Commercial Performance from the CEO of PepsiCo in 2016. As a member of industry-related organizations like the World Economic Forum's Global Shaper since 2013, he continues to engage with global leaders on economic issues. Reflecting on his career, he credits his success to his ability to build teams, his listening skills and being hands-on in his leadership projects.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Jazrawi enjoys running, football, spending time with friends, traveling for leisure and exploring financial markets. He has also been civically involved as president and co-founder of the Christian Life Community from 2009 to 2010.

In the upcoming years, Mr. Jazrawi aims for Iberia Foods to become the largest Hispanic and Caribbean food and beverage company in the United States.
