At Infinity Pharmaceuticals, she acted as vice president of marketing from 2016 to 2017, playing a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategies.

From 2013 to 2016, Ms. Brandman was the executive director and global commercial lead for lung cancer at Merck, where she made a groundbreaking contribution by bringing Keytruda for lung cancer to the marketplace. This achievement involved collaborating with physicians to demonstrate the effectiveness of immunotherapy in stimulating the immune system to fight cancer—a concept previously unheard of. Her efforts have since helped millions of lung cancer patients worldwide. Before this role, she was the executive director of new products immunology at Merck from 2012 to 2013 and served as marketing director for oncology from 2007 to 2012.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Brandman held positions such as associate director of marketing oncology at Novartis from 2002 to 2007 and senior manager of outcomes research/customer liaison at Pfizer from 1998 to 2002. Her professional affiliations include membership in Chief since 2023 and serving on the board of The Civilians since the same year. She is also an active member of the Healthcare Business Association (HBA).

Ms. Brandman's educational background laid a strong foundation for her successful career. She earned a Master of Science in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Arizona in 1998 and a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from the University of Alberta in 1995.
