His earlier career includes several project manager positions at DG & Associates from 2009 to 2010, New Care Construction in 2009 and Metropolitan Real Estate Development the preceding year.

Mr. Gill's professional accomplishments include being recognized as one of the 40 under 40 by the Puget Sound Business Journal. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization, reflecting his commitment to leadership development and industry engagement. His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of California Los Angeles Anderson School of Management in 2022 and a Bachelor of Arts in land use and city planning from the University of Washington in 2007.
