Previously, she was board member of DST Worldwide Services.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Mann was the chief information officer for IT at USAA in San Antonio, Texas, from 2021 to 2022. Before that, she held the role of USAA Bank chief information officer from 2019 to 2021. Her tenure at USAA was marked by her ability to clearly define strategies, develop roadmaps and execute plans for business delivery. Her strong background in regulations and risk management played a crucial role in securing significant orders for the organization.

From 2016 to 2018, Ms. Mann served as the chief information officer at DST Systems (now SS&C Technologies Inc.) in Kansas City, Missouri. Her leadership there was preceded by a long-standing role as managing director of global technology at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Wilmington, Delaware, from 2003 to 2016. Earlier in her career, she was vice president of IT solutions delivery at Radian Group Inc. in Philadelphia from 2001 to 2003 and first vice president of IT marketing at First USA Inc. in Wilmington from 1999 to 2001.

Ms. Mann's career began with her founding Innovative Business Concepts Inc., where she served as chief operating officer from 1989 to 1997 in Philadelphia. She also held positions as application development director at Vlasic Foods International in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, from 1998 to 1999 and IT manager for sales and marketing systems at Campbell Soup Company in Camden, New Jersey, from 1997 to 1998.

Her academic background includes a bachelor's degree in computer science from West Virginia University, earned in 1984. She further enhanced her expertise with a board certification in corporate governance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Ms. Mann attributes her success to her willingness to ask questions, her ability to build strong teams and her commitment to maintaining open lines of communication—qualities that have been instrumental throughout her career.

Ms. Mann's achievements have been recognized with numerous awards, including Chief Technology Officer of the Year by the Latinos in Information Science and Technology Association in 2007 and a Leadership Award from the YWCA in 2006. She was also listed among the InformationWeek Elite 100 in 1999 and is a two-time scholarship recipient from both the American Business Women's Association and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Mann enjoys swimming, spending time with family and traveling.
