Mr. Parisi is a distinguished professional in the environmental sector, currently serving as a Managing Principal at Spirit Environmental in Denver, Colorado. With more than 15 years of experience, he has developed a robust expertise in environmental focusing within the energy sector, particularly the oil and natural gas industry. His role involves managing large projects and client interactions while leading a diverse team in Spirit's Denver office. He oversees multiple teams by balancing leadership responsibilities with financial oversight, including profit and loss management and operations management. He finds it very rewarding to work on projects that have a material impact on the environment, as they allow him to make significant, tangible contributions.

Prior to being promoted to his current position, Mr. Parisi was the Program Director for the Rocky Mountain region at Spirit Environmental from 2019 to 2024. Before joining his current firm, he held several roles at Summit Midstream Partners LP in Denver from 2012 to 2019, including most recently as the Senior Director of Environmental and Permitting.

Mr. Parisi's early career laid the foundation for his expertise. From 2008 to 2012, he served as an Air Quality Specialist at Encana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc., where he focused on regulatory compliance and air quality management. His earlier positions included regulatory specialist at Nobel Energy Inc. from 2007 to 2008, air quality technician at GEI Consultants in 2007 and biological science technician with the National Parks Service through the AmeriCorps program in 2006.

Mr. Parisi is a graduate of Ithaca College with a bachelor's degree in environmental studies obtained in 2006. He also completed coursework in legal studies and environmental law. In addition to his classroom education, he attributes much of his success to his passion for outdoor activities and nature. He also acknowledges the roles continuous learning and the desire for personal growth have played in his career.

Outside his professional accomplishments, Mr. Parisi is actively involved in civic organizations. Most notably, he volunteers with Greenhouse Scholars, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting first-generation college students with professional networks and industry insights that empower them to drive change in their communities. Over the past eight years, he has contributed through fundraising efforts, the applicant review process, and is seeking to become a mentor within the organization. He has also volunteered his time with AmeriCorps.

Outside of his career, Mr. Parisi enjoys spending time outdoors skiing, camping, fishing, hiking, traveling and spending time with his family. Looking ahead in his career, he aims to expand his leadership opportunities by taking on larger roles, and additionally by sitting on boards that align with his professional interests. Additionally, he seeks to dedicate more time to volunteering.
