Prior to his current role, Mr. Lommasson was the vice president of engineering at DDES Corporation from 2003 to 2021. Before joining DDES Corporation, Mr. Lommasson spent three decades as an engineering staff lead, where he honed his skills and deepened his understanding of complex engineering systems and the rigorous environments associated with satellite systems. Additionally, he served as an adjunct professor of electronics at The University of New Mexico for ten years, where he shared his expertise with aspiring engineers and contributed to the academic community.

Mr. Lommasson's educational background is rooted in electrical engineering. He completed postgraduate coursework at the University of New Mexico in 1985. Similarly, he earned a Master of Science in electrical engineering from the same institution in 1978 and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering in 1973. His commitment to self-improvement and ongoing learning has been instrumental in his professional success, enabling him to tackle new challenges and mentor younger professionals.
