She is also a professional actor, a craft she has practiced since 2008.

Ms. De Mayo Shem Tov's academic background has played a crucial role in shaping her career path. She earned a master's degree in expressive therapies with a focus on psychodrama from Lesley University in 2010 and a Bachelor of Arts in drama and dramatics/theatre arts from Tel Aviv University in 2008. Her studies have provided her with a deep understanding of action-based therapy and experiential healing, which she integrates into her coaching practice. She credits her success to her study of Jiddu Krishnamurti's philosophy and her exposure to Dr. Joe Dispenza's meditations and his research on the brain.

Her creative pursuits include directing the award-winning web series "Digital Affairs," released in 2022 during the COVID-19 pandemic. The series explores relationships in a digital world during lockdown and was produced entirely online with actors performing via self-tapes. This innovative project won an award for its first season and showcased Ms. De Mayo Shem Tov's dedication to overcoming challenges through creativity.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. De Mayo Shem Tov is driven by a desire to inspire others; she aims to influence people worldwide by helping them change their mindsets and improve their understanding of themselves.
