In addition to her role at R.E.A.L. Therapy, Ms. Savage is a transitional case manager and medical social worker at Cooper University Hospital, a position she has held since 2019. Alongside her therapeutic work, Ms. Savage created a guided self-care journal and an adult coloring and activity book designed with Black women in mind. Ms. Savage's professional history includes serving as an independent contractor for Greater NJ Creative Counseling from 2019 to 2021. She also previously served as substitute counselor at Anchor House from 2013 to 2022, supporting youth in crisis. Ms. Savage was also a school-based coordinator and mental health clinician from 2017 to 2019, developing programs aimed at improving students' mental well-being.

Ms. Savage's earlier roles include being a behavioral health care coordinator at Southern Jersey Family Medical Center, Inc. from 2016 to 2017 and a case manager and counselor at Isles, Inc. from 2013 to 2016. These positions allowed her to hone her skills in case management and counseling, laying the foundation for her current success.

Ms. Savage's educational background includes a Master of Arts in social work from Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey, completed in 2013, following a Bachelor of Arts in social work from the same institution in 2012. She holds certification in New Jersey and Maryland as a licensed clinical social worker from the Board of Social Work Examiners. Her academic achievements have been pivotal in shaping her career path and equipping her with the knowledge necessary for effective practice.

Ms. Savage's personal experiences have deeply influenced her professional journey. Growing up with family challenges that left her feeling isolated, Ms. Savage found solace and inspiration in therapy with someone who could relate to her struggles.
