Prior to his current position, Mr. Riebe was the corporate vice president of operations for hardscapes and masonry at Quikrete from 2013 to 2016. His tenure at the firm began in 2012 when he served as the regional vice president of operations. Before joining Quikrete, he held several key roles at Mohawk Industries, including vice president of manufacturing advanced engineering in 2012 and vice president of commercial manufacturing for the preceding two years. He also contributed as senior director of commercial manufacturing in 2009 and senior director of residential manufacturing from 2007 to 2008.

Mr. Riebe's career early career includes his tenure at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where he worked in manufacturing and engineering management from 1988 to 2005. He joined this firm after transitioning from Kraft Foods, where he gained experience in warehousing and shipping the preceding year. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his ability to turn around struggling businesses, making them more profitable through his strategic insights and leadership.

Serving as a foundation for his professional success, Mr. Riebe holds a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical and electrical engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, he obtained an associate degree in diesel mechanics technology from Wyotech-Laramie.

Furthermore, Mr. Riebe's commitment to continuous learning is evident through his certifications, which include Sandler Sales Training completed in 2024, Karrass Training under Dr. Chester L. Karrass, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Greenbelt Certification and High Potential Leadership from the Center for Creative Leadership. In all his endeavors, he attributes much of his success to the mentors who have guided him throughout his career and the strong work ethic instilled during his upbringing in the American Midwest.

In his personal life, Mr. Riebe enjoys traveling, cycling and giving back to the community, serving as a member of the board of trustees for Kankakee Community College and as chairperson for United Way.
