Since 2024, she has been responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations, managing the complexities of Arkansas Medicaid and adapting to its frequently changing regulations. Mrs. Bupp's journey at Absolute Care began in 2008 when she joined the company as a receptionist. The opportunity arrived at the perfect time in her life; her dedication and hard work led to her promotion to care coordinator, where she placed caregivers in clients' homes. She then advanced to caregiver liaison; in this role, she worked one-on-one with the caregivers to ensure their needs were met and heard. From there, she advanced to administrative assistant, cooperating closely with the chief nursing officer. By 2015, she had become the senior administrative assistant, working with the chief executive officer. During this period, she headed the company's system transition from QuickBooks to Kronos due to the increase in the company size. After returning from maternity leave in late 2015, she became the senior executive assistant, working as a right hand to the CEO. Her leadership skills were further recognized when she was promoted to chief administrative officer in 2020, continuing to serve with distinction for four years before reaching her current role.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Bupp has demonstrated resilience and adaptability, particularly during periods of significant change within the company. She played a crucial role in managing the transition of caregivers from independent contractors to employees in November 2012, which was significant as it provided them with benefits and increased financial comforts. Her ability to encourage caregivers to think independently and explore their boundaries was recognized when she was nominated for Arkansas Business' 40 Under 40 honors in 2024 and 2025.

Mrs. Bupp attributes much of her success to Mr. Kelly Grojean Sr. and Kelly Grojean Jr. for believing in her for all these years when many doubted her and helping her develop the skills she needed to be successful. She also expresses thankfulness to the support of her husband (Aaron), their children, the rest of her family, and her team, who have also become family over the years. She is deeply grateful for everyone's encouragement and she strives to instill in her children that hard work ethic goes a long way. One thing she expresses to her children, especially her three daughters, is the belief that women can make meaningful contributions to the world. Her commitment to balancing her roles as a full-time mother, employee and veteran/law enforcement wife is one of her proudest achievements. One of Mrs. Bupp's favorite quotes is "Don't let someone else's opinion of you become your reality" by Les Brown. Mrs. Bupp states "You should always believe in yourself and never stop trying, no matter what anyone tells you or tries to make you believe."

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Mrs. Bupp is actively involved in civic causes. She participates in city functions, works closely with local schools, and supports their children's activities through the Booster Club. Her dedication to community service extends to exploring women's leadership opportunities and contributing to local initiatives.

Born in Paragould, Mrs. Bupp enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children, participating in and attending their sports and activities, camping, fishing, riding four-wheelers, and any other adventures that come their way. In the future, she aims to continue growing personally and professionally and wants to develop Absolute Care Management Corporation by expanding further south in Arkansas.
