He was also the head of network and cloud security engineering and operations at BMO Financial Group in 2019 and held multiple executive director positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he built the company's credit card fraud detection security framework and successfully secured a cybersecurity patent.

The foundational years of Mr. Chakraborty's career include executive leadership roles at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch, where he served from 2004 to 2011 as the vice president of systems engineering as well as infrastructure and security architecture. He also worked with the Department of Telecommunications in India during a vital period in the 1990s. After it was announced that the people of India would be provided with internet services, he was entrusted with building the infrastructure and executing the nationwide project to its completion. Despite limited knowledge and training being available at the time, he remarkably completed the task several days ahead of the official announcement.

Mr. Chakraborty's accomplished academic endeavors have played a significant role in his success. He holds a Master of Science in information security from Western Governors University and a Master of Science in technology management from Columbia University, both obtained in 2016. He also earned a Bachelor of Engineering in applied electronics and instrumentation engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela in 1997.

To augment his qualifications, Mr. Chakraborty is certified as an ethical hacker and a cloud security professional by ISC2 and completed advanced computer security training at Stanford University. His dedication to continuous learning is further exemplified by his participation in programs such as the Chief Technology Officer Program at Executive Education at The Wharton School.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Chakraborty is actively involved in civic organizations and charitable activities.
