Her extensive expertise was further honed during her tenure as the director of data and analytics at Papa Inc. in 2022. During this time, she built the company's first data science and analytics program from the ground up and provided crucial strategic guidance that increased its revenue.

Ms. Gupta's career also includes significant contributions at Meta, where she served as a data science manager in 2021 and as a data and analytics manager for Facebook from 2019 to 2021. Her earlier roles include multiple positions at American Airlines, where she worked in customer insights and analytics from 2017 to 2019. She was recognized for her dedication to excellence after spearheading a campaign centered on effective customer retention and generated more than $100 million in estimated annual revenue. Her tenure at American also included roles as a senior analyst from 2015 to 2017 and a strategy analyst in revenue management, decision support and data strategy from 2014 to 2015.

Academically, Ms. Gupta earned a Master of Science in business analytics from McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin in 2014 and a Bachelor of Technology in electrical engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela in 2010. Her education laid a strong foundation of her professional ascent, providing her with the analytical skills necessary for her roles. To augment her knowledge and qualifications, she is certified in generative artificial intelligence (AI) by DeepLearning.AI and Google and in neural networks, deep learning and data science by Coursera Inc.

Ms. Gupta's academic and vocational achievements have been recognized through various accolades, including being named a LinkedIn Top Voice in Data Analytics in 2024 and receiving the Deloitte Tuition Award from McCombs School of Business in 2013.
