Mr. Gainey's earlier career was as an associate, construction manager and superintendent at IPS-Integrated Project Services from 2000 to 2008. He became fluent in various design-build and design-bid-build work scopes for high purity process and hazardous gas, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, architectural and structural renovation. Mr. Gainey's foundation role was as an assistant project manager at Herman Goldner Co., Inc. from 1990 to 2000, where he spent 10 years developing a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Having completed coursework at Drexel University, Mr. Gainey became equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for his professional journey. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is actively involved in civic activities.
