Prior to his current role, Mr. Rogers served in sales for Custom Refrigeration in the XEC Refrigeration Division from 2008 to 2012 after serving as a project manager in sales at Stanger Industries Inc. from 1999 to 2008. He began his career working in the field as a boilermaker and an ASME certified welder eventually advancing to the operations manager at Martin Mechanical Corporation from 1978 to 1998. Over these two decades, he gained invaluable experience in managing operations and overseeing complex projects. He has furthered his expertise as a member of the National Welding Society and KC SmartPort.

Educationally, Mr. Rogers graduated with a high school diploma from Hickman Mills High School in 1981. He later obtained a master journeyman mechanical license in 2000, which has been instrumental in advancing his career. Overall, he attributes his success to his hard work, his unwavering dedication and the blessings he has received from the Lord, which have guided him throughout his professional journey.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Rogers is actively involved in civic organizations, serving as a group leader for Won By One To Jamaica since 2004. Additionally, he served as a youth leader at Lee's Summit Community Church, where he mentored young individuals and contributed to their personal growth. He currently serves with Journey Church International as a part of their International Missions Team along with working with Mission 25:40 serving the elderly and single moms needing volunteer help with a variety of construction projects.

In his personal life, Mr. Rogers enjoys riding bikes, lifting weights, volunteering and spending time with his family. Looking ahead, he aims to work closely with his son to prepare him for future leadership within the family business while also planning for a comfortable retirement that allows him to continue supporting service projects and those in need.
