Ms. Uran Zillman is a distinguished professional in her industry, currently serving as the director of talent management – learning and development at Marsden Services in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Since 2004, she has been instrumental in leading the execution of programs that significantly enhance employee experiences. She designs development programs, measures results, establishes infrastructure for robust learning experiences, and advocates for the employee experience through onboarding and engagement program leadership as well as system implementations. Ms. Uran Zillman's expertise in holistic/systems thinking, process improvement, program administration and human resources systems implementation have been pivotal in her success.

Before being named to her present position, Ms. Uran Zillman was director, talent management for Shutterfly. In that role, she implemented leadership development programs for people leaders, and led employee lifecycle surveys, including an annual engagement survey seeking feedback from nearly 5,000 employees. Prior to that, she was director and chief of staff for human resources at Shutterfly from 2021 to 2023. She worked closely with a chief legal and people officer who highly valued her input and perspective. This position allowed her to positively impact the careers and experiences of others through performance management processes evolution, employee lifecycle surveys, and onboarding program development, in addition to creating effective audience-centric presentations, which she considers a highlight of her career.

Leveraging her tenure at Lifetouch (Portrait Studios & National School Studios businesses) in Eden Prairie, Ms. Uran Zillman held several key positions between 2004 and 2021. Her career with the organization began as a training manager from 2004 to 2006. She then advanced to talent development manager between 2006 and 2009 before becoming senior leadership development manager until 2013. Subsequently, Ms. Uran Zillman excelled as a senior manager and human resources manager from 2014 to 2021.

Highly educated, Ms. Uran Zillman holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout since 1996 and a Master of Arts in organizational management from Concordia University in St. Paul since 2010. Additionally, she pursued coursework in increasing workforce performance at the University of Saint Thomas's Center for Business Excellence in 2007. Ms. Zillman's education has been complemented by several professional credentials, including change management specialist from the Management and Strategy Institute, level I coaching certification and level II DISC practitioner certification, certified professional in learning & performance and creating leadership development programs from Association for Training & Development.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Uran Zillman is deeply committed to civic engagement through various volunteer activities. She contributes her time to Project Linus by crocheting blankets for children hospitalized due to severe illnesses. Her involvement with the Alzheimer's Association is driven by a personal connection to dementia's impact on families. Additionally, Ms. Uran Zillman supports Sleep in Heavenly Peace, an organization that builds beds for needy children, the Codington County Cares Cancer Foundation to assist families battling cancer, and Lasagna Love.
