Ms. Phillips began her career at IDG Inc. in print and digital advertising. She then joined Google, where she spent 17 years in diverse roles. Her experience spanned sales, business development, commercialization and operations in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She developed and scaled businesses for early-stage and mature products within many industries, including technology, retail, gaming and consumer packaged goods.

During her tenure at Google, Ms. Phillips was recognized with the Large Customer Sales Gold Award for Innovation in 2016 for her work on the first virtual reality advertising placement on YouTube. She was also honored to participate in the Leadership Committee for Women at Google. Throughout her career, she is most proud of driving digital transformation in each of her roles, as it has been a consistent thread through her professional journey.

In 2021, Ms. Phillips transitioned to DoorDash as director of enterprise ad sales and led the hyper-growth of a new advertising and media business. In 2023, she joined Omneky, a generative AI marketing software startup, as vice president of sales. After being promoted to chief operating officer and vice president of sales, she led high-performing sales and go-to-market teams and implemented operational strategies. She recently joined Uber Technologies, where she works in media and advertising. She also serves as an advisor at Lasso Loop Recycling, providing insights into the digital consumer and engaging in strategic business planning. She is also a member of The GTM Circle and Focal.

Ms. Phillips's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a minor in sociology from the University of San Francisco and a corporate education certification in business management from Duke University in 2014. Beyond her education, she attributes much of her success to her mother, who was one of the first women in outside sales for the semiconductor industry and taught Ms. Phillips about resilience, determination and responsibility.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Phillips is actively involved in civic organizations, primarily in animal welfare. She has volunteered with The Pug Queen Foundation, Tiny Paws Rescue and Mercy for Animals. Previously, she volunteered with the HandsOn Network for children's education from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, she has contributed as an advisor to the Wildlife Conservation Society and participated in educational initiatives with Worldreader.

In her personal life, Ms. Phillips enjoys swimming, hiking, biking, skiing and walking in her free time. She cherishes spending time with family and friends, as well as her two rescue dogs.
