Her tenure at Holland was preceded by her role as the director of financial reporting at Clover Imaging Group from 2018 to 2022, where Ms. Sharp oversaw the company's financial reporting processes and ensured compliance with industry standards.

Ms. Sharp relies on experience gained as the assistant controller for global financial reporting at Clover Technologies Group from 2011 to 2018, a role that provided her with valuable insights into international financial operations and reporting standards. Before joining Clover Technologies Group, she worked as a certified public accountant at Wilcoxson and Associates Ltd. from 2010 to 2011, and Ms. Sharp is also proud of the foundational knowledge she gained as the controller at Middlesex Lawn and Garden from 2007 to 2009 and as a senior accountant at Sikich LLP from 2004 to 2007.

Ms. Sharp's educational accomplishments include a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois Springfield, which she finished in 2004. She attributes much of her success thus far to the strong leaders who paved the way for her and emphasizes the importance of continuous learning and mastering the basics before advancing in one's career. Ms. Sharp is also dedicated to civic engagement and giving back, thus she volunteers at her local church and is also a member of the League of Railway Women.
