In the early 1990s, Mr. Grau began his career as a sound engineer in the music industry as well as a programmer at Hudson United Bank. He then transitioned to Intercall as a T1 integrated services digital network (ISDN) technical specialist from 1996 to 1998, followed by a role as project manager and Citrix administrator at System Arts Inc. from 1998 to 2001. His expertise further expanded during his time as director of information technology at Khronos LLC, a $4 billion hedge fund, from 2001 to 2009. As a commitment to his field, he has been an active member of industry-related organizations such as the Apple Consultants Network and the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement. Recently, he co-authored and published the Amazon bestseller "Hispanic Stars Rising Vol. V."

Mr. Grau's academic background includes coursework at Thomas Edison State University and Harvard University, both of which provided him with a strong foundation in business and technology. To augment his knowledge and qualifications, he is an Addigy certified expert (ACE) and is certified as a technical coordinator by Apple. Additionally, he is certified in computer programming by the Chubb Institute of Technology and as a systems engineer by Microsoft.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Grau is actively involved in community service as an elected board member for the Leonia Board of Education, a U.S. Chamber of Commerce member, a Bergen County Chamber of Commerce member and a technology officer for the Anna C.
