She is the founder, principal consultant and fractional HR executive at TRF Solutions, a boutique HR consulting firm she launched in late 2024. She provides strategic HR guidance to small to mid-sized and growth-stage businesses, helping them strengthen their HR, organizational capabilities and workplace cultures. She also coaches and guides individual employees, managers and leaders to help them enhance skills, develop in their careers and navigate workplace challenges with confidence and clarity.

Prior to founding TRF Solutions, Ms. Fortunato held several senior HR leadership roles, most recently as vice president of human resources and organization at Only the Brave (OTB), where she led the HR and organizational strategy for a portfolio of six fashion brands across North America. During her tenure, she spearheaded critical reorganization and change management initiatives to support brand transformation, leadership transitions and business expansion. In the preceding years, she held the roles of vice president of human resources for administration and office services at Valentino USA and executive director of human resources at CELINE (LVMH). In both positions, she was responsible for leading and driving HR strategy for the North American regional organization.

Ms. Fortunato began her human resources career at Coach, where she held several progressive roles in both retail and HR over her long tenure with the company. It was at Coach that she made a pivotal transition from retail store management into human resources. She credits her years in retail—where she honed her people leadership, business acumen and operational expertise—as instrumental to her success as an HR leader.

Deeply committed to lifelong learning and development, Ms. Fortunato recently earned a certification in artificial intelligence (AI) for HR mastery and is currently pursuing a program for a chief people officer certification. Her academic credentials include an advanced graduate certificate in human capital management from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in business marketing and communications from Adelphi University. She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI and is certified in Hogan Assessments.
