Ms. Gaboury is a distinguished co-founder and co-owner of Audio Etc…, along with her husband, Kirby. Audio Etc… is a company renowned for its innovative contributions to the audiovisual industry. The decision to open this business over 40 years ago was made immediately after graduating college at the ages of 21 and was driven by her husband's love for audio/video technology—a testament to their shared entrepreneurial spirit. Since its inception, Ms. Gaboury has played a pivotal role in the company's growth and success. Her responsibilities span a wide range of administrative needs, human resources tasks, outside sales in the business community, installing equipment and building and installing acoustic paneling as needed. However, her true passion lies in fostering connections within the business community. Under her leadership, Audio Etc… owns a 17,000-square-foot building with 16 audio/video experience rooms. Attached is a 2,000-square-foot community room they donate free to nonprofits and the business community. It is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, a fully functional kitchen, stoves, and refrigerators. Additionally, they own America's only mobile theater, where they donate to nonprofit organizations that auction off the experience of Dinner & a Movie. Ms. Gaboury's innovative thinking and dedication to community service have established her as a respected figure in her field.

In recent years, Ms. Gaboury has expanded her professional repertoire. She is one of the few certified lighting technologists in America, further solidifying her expertise in the audiovisual sector. She also became a Revelation Wellness fitness instructor as well as a Zumba instructor, where she combines her passion for wellness with her entrepreneurial spirit. Her commitment to community service is evident through her roles on various boards, including BBB/Women In Business Networking, Women in Christian Leadership, National League of Junior Cotillions – Miami Valley Chapter, (DE-FI) Global Inc., and past boards of the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, KMO Chamber of Commerce, Beavercreek Women's League, and the Home Builders Association of Dayton. She also co-authored the #1 best seller, SUCCESS Powered by Relationships, and has written articles in several local magazines. Ms. Gaboury believes in giving back and has freely mentored many young professionals over the last 40 years.

Ms. Gaboury's early career was marked by her work as an instructor, fashion show choreographer, pageant judge, image consultant, and as a model from 1986 to 1989. These roles showcased her versatility and ability to excel across diverse fields.

Her educational background includes earning a bachelor's degree in education from Wright State University in 1984, with two years at Miami University. Ms. Gaboury attributes her success to effective networking, connecting people with shared interests and goals, her unwavering passion for her work, and her deep-rooted faith in Jesus.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Gaboury is deeply involved in civic associations that reflect her commitment to societal well-being. She supports Dear Dinah in its fight against human trafficking and participates in Southbrook Church activities. As a prayer partner and networker with The Victory Project, she contributes to empowering youth within her community. Her dedication has been recognized through numerous awards including America's Powerful Women in Consumer Technology Award (2023), Best Businesses in America Award (2023), Ohio's 500 Most Influential Executives (2022, 2023 and 2024), the Better Business Bureau/Women In Business Networking Career Achievement Award (2023) and also the Outstanding Leadership Award (2015), Midwest Dealer of The Year by ProSource (2017), and Miss Ohio America Judge (2016).

On a personal note, Ms. Gaboury finds joy in spending time with her granddaughter and cherishes moments with her family, including her husband Kirby and their children Sean and Heather.
