Mr. Martin has earned a distinguished reputation in his field and currently serves as the head of commercial analytics and insights at Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America. Since 2017, he has played a key collaborative role in advancing the company's efforts to support individuals with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, through his oversight of diverse platforms, including market research, analytics, forecasting, reporting, competitive intelligence, and commercial data infrastructure. He is instrumental in the firm's commercialization efforts, aiding approximately 150 individuals in better assisting patients and physicians. Mr. Martin is also involved in business development through the evaluation of other companies' products and assets to determine their value for acquisitions.

In his current leadership capacity, Mr. Martin relies on experience gained through a series of key roles at Novo Nordisk between 2008 and 2016. As an associate director of marketing investments from 2014 to 2016, he was responsible for optimizing marketing strategies and investments. Before that, Mr. Martin thrived as a senior global manager from 2013 to 2014 and a senior manager of pricing analytics from 2008 to 2012.

In 2000, Mr. Martin joined IMS Health (now IQVIA) as a senior research analyst, after which he progressed to the rank of senior manager of industry analysis by 2007. During this period, he gained critical insights into data positioning and prescription practices across the life sciences industry.

Mr. Martin's educational credentials are impressive and include a Bachelor of Arts in history from McGill University, from which he graduated with honors in 1990. Subsequently, he earned a master's degree in history from the University of Vermont in 1992 and a Master of Business Administration in marketing analytics from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business in 2004. Notably, Mr. Martin also enrolled in executive education coursework in business analytics at The Wharton School in 2018, and he is designated ABD in his pursuit of a doctorate in history from Temple University.

A passion for civic engagement drives Mr. Martin to seek out opportunities for community service. He was appointed to the Township Committee of Montgomery in New Jersey in February 2025, where he impacts and guides the town's development. Additionally, as an ambassador for the Muscular Dystrophy Association since 2024, Mr. Martin actively raises awareness about neuromuscular diseases affecting over 300,000 individuals in the United States.

Mr. Martin attributes his success thus far to his efforts to live by the values of respect, accountability, and bravery. Outside of his professional life, he achieves balance by spending time with his family, particularly watching his daughter excel in musicals and tennis. He is also passionate about traveling and participating in car rallies. Looking toward the future, he aims to persist in being a positive influence within his community while continuing to support the neuromuscular community. Mr. Martin also aspires to advance professionally by launching new treatments in various disease states and enhancing commercial best practices.
